The vermillion flycatcher is probably the most beautiful bird in the islands, and probably also the most frustrating to photograph. They'll sit there, posing right in front of you, only to fly off seconds before you snap a photo. Aaron got a brilliant picture of this fellow, but Greg can attest to the fact I tried ten times to get a picture and the best I could do was this rather dark shot. Yet another excuse to go back to the islands again though.
