The land was completely flat for miles around this hill, making it a real geological anomaly. The other anomaly was the rusting howitzer perched on a ledge -- the government has gone to great lengths to de-mine the area and hide any traces of the recent war from tourists, but this was a seldom visited site that had apparently been overlooked.
