Water buffaloes are like cows in Asia, so my motorcycle driver was obviously amused when I saw these guys in the moat around Angkor Wat and asked him to stop so that I could take a picture. What this photo doesn't show is that these things have the shortest little legs you could imagine -- if a cow and a water buffalo with the same body size were standing next to each other the water buffalo would probably be about a foot shorter.
