I unfortunately didn't capture the amazing colors very well, but backpacking through the Sierra Nevadas in Sequoia National Park in the summer is like being in a painting by Monet -- the entire world becomes a canvas of purples, reds, yellows and bright greens that is a memorable sight to see.
