After spending several hours following this guy around as he hunted mice this generic shot is the best photo I could manage. Oddly enough, while I was photographing him a lady and her husband came up to me and asked "Is that a mountain lion?". I assumed she was joking and told her yeah, he's got his winter coat. It was only after she turned to her husband and said "I told you that's what it was!" that I realized what a horrible contribution I had just made to the mis-education of America.
