Return to the wildlife refuge was delayed a bit as a result, but once there the cranes were found in abundance.  Sadly the birds were ridiculously wary, so the sandhill crane remains a photograph on the &#8220;most wanted&#8221; list.<\/p>\n<p>The trip came to an end by midday with a return to Culver City.  A week of time off from work remains, with the plan being to spend time on side projects and visit some local attractions with Audrey.
